Plot:

Watanabe Tatsuya, the falsely accused newspaper reporter decides to run for State Governor to change Tokyo. Meanwhile, Saki, the daughter of Ujihara Takumi, the president of Hamashio Construction, a major general contractor, is kidnapped.
